I love the dophlins, I so wish we as humans could learn from these beautiful creatures. The beauty and harmony they make as one. yet I don't think either believe they are less because One is leading.

One of my greatest sorrows is people's lack of caring and compassion for another. It seems to be the new deal.(its all about me) don't you know I'm the most important. I see so much pain and suffering through self centeredness. I make it a mission everyday to hope that one person feels loved and cared about because I listened to there pain. This is the results of my hanging garden. It really is a lot of fun to watch your garden grow. The being's of a plant growning remind my of people. I watched my Great Grandson from the moment he was 5 minutes old. He was born eyes wide open just looking around. He is a wonderful child, he learns very quickly. I see him at least once a week and am always amazed at what happens in one week. he is my garden of life.

This is a pray bundle, today I made one for my very special friend, her spiritual path is called following the Red Road. This is in Indian term. part of her commitment to be of service to man kind is to do the sacred dance ,This is a four year commitment. The dance is for 4 days without water or food. it is very hot where they are going. This bundle I will put on my altar and pray for her each day.
What is inside is a picture of a bottle of water, for her to drink a package of food to eat ,and a picture of the ocean sky for a good breeze to keep her cool. pray bundles are very powerful. make one for someone you love.

I love this little dog . She belongs to Roxse. They are going to be on a house boat until Friday So Iget to be the lucky one to take care of her. She weighs 3 1/2 pounds . Such a sweet personality .

Many years ago I Went to a weekend retreat and a young woman made this piece of art for the weekend and what it meant to her. She sold copies but were out by the time I got there. This young woman died of cancer the next year. so I didn't think I would ever have her art work. Then lo and behold a friend of mine was selling to down side . Now 10 years later I have this. I love this picture great symbol for my birth sign.This is my sun sign My rising sign is scorpio now how 's that for a combo. The crab is always receding or going sideways or back ,it watches very closely before making a move. Columbia River Gorge

As everyone probably knows by now, I love the Columbia River. The river and salmon is what brought me here. I still love salmon also. When I look at this river and how it just keeps flowing all the way to the ocean, starting with a tiny stream. I think of people the same way. We start out as this tiny little seed. Corn meal and Lavender these are the objects in this Pray Bundle, These really are a fun thing to do, plus they work. This the is Indian pray path. The corn meal is to grow. The lavender is sweeten the pray. These are things I picked, a penny is always my angel, the band aid is to hold the wish together, the charm for a symbol of my wish. I keep this bundle in my office on my pray alter. I picked the word together as that is my wish here. You can use any cloth about a 4 inch square The tie is yarn. My cloth has dragonflies and flowers .Dragonflies are a sign of change.

I painted this in Arizona in 1994 we were building a house and living in our guest house. Painting do have a history, everytime I look at this, I do remember with happy saddness. I found this hand carved hand today. The details
are really nice. I bought it for my massage therapist but then decided that I would just keep it for me. Hand healing as been a practice since the beganing of time. In the early years of man's begining's before the age of medical aide's This was the method of taking care of health problems.
Also tapping was a great help, we refer to that as EFT now. Are we coming to another age of these being are main methods. only time will tell.

Any one who ever lived in california knows about the missions. They are wonderful to visit. You could make a vacation just seeing them all. and they all are in California. I painted this in 1973 so it's been around for a while. That's what's great about painting with oils. They do stand the test of time. Someday maybe I'll paint again.

Art Works

There are times in our lives our creative juices just seem to flow. For years I painted and had to look for time to (what I call) get in the flow. I use to stay up after 5 children and husband were all tucked into bed. I loved the feel of the brush and how the paint went on the canvas to smoothly.
I mostly gave my painting away, I sold a few. I wish now that I would have taken pictures. Alas I did not. This is one of my favorites . It hangs in
my family room. The last painting I did was for my sister. Then the heart of me just seemed to leave and with it the urge to paint. We all have this creativeness, Just presented with different types of art like cooking ,sewing, gradening. Happy creating.

I think all of us come into life with a purpose,not that we know sometimes what that is. Usually our purpose is what we do on a daily bases . My life for many years has been filled with sponsoring women. There is a lot of joy in this, but there is also a lot of pain. I get very close to the people in my life and sponsoring women is a lot like having brattie childern. (Please take care of me but don't ask me to learn to take care of myself. ) tonight I spent two hours on the phone with one. It takes great energy to listen at times.

This is a fig tree. Once called the tree of life.
Figs are a whole food. Has everything you need to be healthy. fiber protien, grain as in seeds natural sugar. The birds love this tree. Rabbits and quail also love to just be around this tree.
Just one more natural great source, we just don't
even think about. my husband loves to go here
when the figs are ripe. He could just eat them from the tree, now me that's a different story.
The importance of this tree is that I think it has been here from the beganing of time.

Lemon Tree

This little tree is unbeliveable. It about 18 inches
tall and as you can see, it has three lemons almost
ready for the picking. Must be that Arizona Sun.

What a great reminder big things come from small packages. My Grand Grandson is a good

This is on our way to Arizona. I love Mt. Shasta . This beautiful is mountain is said to housed St. German. Many books and teachings have been written about this. life does have so many bumps or paths that we never intend to happen. I don't know that I could have changed anything. Mothers

This is three generations and two mothers. I think of the importance of our mother, is often not really known for many years. We just think they are supposed to be there and do whatever.

I think of my mother today with a totally differnt outlook. When I was a mother at 16 . My mother baby sit her grand daughter , but I had to pay her a daily amount ,also pay all the utilities bills. This may seem harsh . My mother expected me to act like an adult be a mother myself and take care of me and my child. I thought how could she. What she taught me was that she believed in me that she knew I could take care of both of us.

My mother never had it easy she had 9 children 3 died. but she kept us together and feed us.

She had a very hard life. Only today can I truly say what a great woman she was . I honor her as a caring mother .

In a world we have routines for nearly everything- our route to work, our physical fitness regimen, and our weekday shedule-it's amazing how many people forget to create a routine for meeting their spiritual needs. We run around in an attempt to be at our many appointments on time and meet our many obigations. In our efforts to be as productive as possible, however, our spiritual needs tend to take a back seat. After all, taking care of our
spiritual needs doesn't directly pay our bills or tone our abdominal muscles. We may even wonder who has time to meditate or write in their journal when there are more pressing matters to see to.
The truth is that nurturing ourselves spiritually is what gives us th energy and grounding that we need to make sure that our lives stay on track.

I was asked the question of the meaning of birds, coming into someone's life and what does it mean. So now the answer, first thing to ask yourself what is going on in our life, what do I need the most. When any animal or fowl comes in a pair or more the message is very strong It's like saying it over and over again. ( About doves ) these birds are always a message of peace, just to see one is a good omen. to see many how wonderful. (The robin) is spring. new beganings fresh starts. Emergy From the Grey

We are born equipped to experience a complex array of diverse emotions. Many of us, however, are uncomfortable confronting our most powerful emotions. We may shy away from delight and despair and deny life's colors by retreating into a world or monotone grey. We may numb ourselves to what we are truly feeling. It's easier to suppress our emotions than to deal with them, so we may momentarily turn to pleasures such as alcohol, food, sugar, shopping an too much televison. We may even numb our hearts. While it's normal to temporarily seek distractions as a means of coping with intense emotions, numbing yourselves prevents us from finding a resolution or peace. When we are numb, there is no pain or powerlessness, but there can also be no joy or healing.

Baking Soda

I usually Blog about the mind and soul. This is all about Baking soda and how it
works with so many things.

1. Whip up fluffy omelets add 1/2 tsp of baking soda for every three eggs used. During the cooking process, the sodium bicabonate release carbon dioixide, which expands in the heat and, in turn leavens the eggs.

2. Remove pet pee from the carpet. In mixing bowl, combine one 16 oz bottle of hydrogen peroxide, 2 Tbs. of baking soda and 1tsp of liquid dish soap. Saturate the spot with the solution and rub a sponge.

3.Get laundry extra clean. The secret: Add 1/2 cup of baking soda to the rinse cycle. By balancing the pH level of the water in the washer, baking soda dissolves any detergent residue and softens fabric fibers.

Final three Stretches

7. The Swan. Lie on your back, with your arms at your sides, palms down. Bring your knees to your chest while elevating hips. Bring your legs legs over your head, trying to touch the floor behind you. As you progress, try to touch your knees to the floor. Hold and count slowly 3 to 5 times.

8.The Dove. Stand with your feet apart, legs slightly bent, and your hands clasped behind your back. Slowly bend at the waist while elevating your arms behind your back to the "stretching point". Count slowly to 5or8 Relax. Repeat.

9. Achilles Stretch. Stand facing a wall 2 to 3 feet away. lean into the wall with arms extended. Move your left leg forward one half step, right leg backward one -half step or more. Lower your right heel to the floor. Lower your body toward the wall, stretching the heel tendon in your right leg. Count slowly to5 to 10 Reverse leg position. Repeat, performing exercise 3 to 6 times on each leg.

4. Double knee pull. Lie on your back with your feet extended and hands at your sides. Pull both of your legs to your chest. lock your arms around your legs and pull your buttocks slightly off the ground. hold amd count slowly to 2o or 40. Repeat 7 times.

5.Supine Hip Rotators. Lie flat on your back with your legs together and your arms away from your sides, palms down. pull your knees toward your chest and rotate your hips and legs to the left until they are touching the floor. Keep you shoulders and backflat. Repeat rotating your hips and legs to the right side. Repeat 2 to 4 times on each side.

6. Seated pike Stretch. Sit on floor with your legs extended and your knees together. Exhale and stretch forward slowly, sliding your hands down to your ankles. Try to touch your knee caps with your chin. Keeping your legs as straight as possible, bending your knees as you lower your legs. Inhale deeply and repeat 3 to 5 times.

Tomorrow will be the last three, these will really help with a sense of will being.

My Daugther always laughs at my methods of cleansing, This is a little different

1. Standing Reach .Stand erect with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms extended over your head.Streatch as high as possilbe,keeping your heels on the ground.count slowly to 15.
2.Flexed leg back stretch, Stand erect with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms at your sides.Slowly bend over touching the ground bewteen your feet. keep your knees relaxed and flexed,count to 15 or 30. If at first you can't reach the floor,touch the top or your shoe line.reapeat 2 to 3 times.
3. Alternate knee pull. Lie on your back with your feet extended and hands at your sides. Pull one leg to your chest, grasp with both arms, and count slowly to 5 . Repeat 7 to 10 times with each leg.
That's the first 3 I will do three more tomorrow night, This type of cleansing is all movements, I so believe in cleansing, espeically with health issues. there are so many things that can be cleared
and these you don't have to drink any wierd, formulas.

Oh What a mess

This is my office I seem to just go in and work, it gets less cleaning and organizing. My class was yesterday, always feels good to do these, Just the energy exchange is very tiring. also know it' s a good attuntment that way. So on to the next project I have bought Flash card with 8GB of memory. This year I am writing my life story for my Children. My mother never gave up much of her story, living in a covered wagon etc.
I have wondered so many times how did she feel what were her thoughts. I do not want my children to be thinking, what did she think what was her life really like.

As Hard as this may be to admit, it's time to give up on your present efforts and walk away from a situation that has no more life in it. Whether it is a dead end-job, a relationship that has run it's course, or pattern of behavior in you that's no longer getting you what you want anymore.There are times in life when things or circumstances beyond your control , this is one of those times.Your guardian angels are surronding you as the reality of this dead-end situtation settles in. They comfort you at a time when it appears as though all is lost.
Although you're not experiencing a phyical death, your angels indicate that something has indeed died that which has been harming your spirit. The Good News is that the worst has already occured-it will not get any worse than this- and soon, a new day
will dawn. As hard as it can be to admit, accept that defeat(or dead end) because the sooner you do,the sooner the real gifts you seek will appear from the right resources.

Snow Again ?

Now This is what I call global warming. Only the warm moved the wrong direction. Snow first eye opener of the day. (I tried a new hair dresser today.) I took one look and thought I think I'll go home and shave my head. I'm stilling thinking about bald is good.

I am getting material together for Reiki Class this Sunday. This is the Master Class. Which is a lot more to teach than First and Second Level.

So tonight I am going to bed and do a Reiki treatment on myself, who know's my hair my change. Miracle stuff.

This is a wonderful learning experience. It's all about being responsible for our own thoughts.
How what we think is what level our vibration is. The higher our vibration the freeer we are .As we learn we are responsible for how we feel and stop blaming others for our lack of happiness , and looking at what can I do to feel good , automatically we start to change and we vibrate at a different level. thus we are happier people. We are at a higher vibration which brings us closer to the devine. Big idea sounds good. so simply not easy.
