These are remarkable people. The way they convey a message with spirit and humur.I love listineing to CD's I seem to go to sleep the minute I start to read. I'm in my car a lot so learn much as I drive a long. my Emotions have always been my guide. not that they were in line with a spiritual principal. I feel when anything is off, I can sense when someone is out of sinc.
After listineing to these CD's more than once. I just want all my thought to be down stream. Not fighting to keep going up stream, the battle of the ego, my soul likes the down stream flo.
My wish is that I could give this idea to just one person to see how the eyes light up with hope.

My Spiritual Spot

I spend a lot of time at this spot. I Love the Columbia River. The History of this body of water, as it just flows along. I am listening to cd's of Esther & Jerry Hicks. The Astonishing Power of Emotions.
They talk about the vibration of our being, and how flowing with the river and what happens (we Keep paddling up stream) how fighting or struggling with anything lowers our vibrations which keeps our peace from us.

Today I spent time with my daughter, granddaughter and great granson.The ease and peace I feel as I watch my granddaughter create yet another thing of beauty with cloth. My daughter with covering a chair for her sewing room. My Great grandson just to hold him or watch him smile. These are what I call High vibrations.
To be at Peace with my family is my greatest healing technique.

The Shack By William P. Young

I have just finished reading this book. The first five chapters are a slow start. It almost appears to have two writers or some devine intervention . As I continued to read this, of course The sadness is overwhelming for me. I seem to feel everything. This is a beautiful lesson in how we see it and how God see's it.
I was pleasantly and happly surprised, as this is what I have believed most of my life.
Too really see and live this can be so peaceful.
I work on all these principles everyday . I am a progress in the making.
I would reccommend this reading for any and everyone.

New Day( Picture found.) The beauty of this book even before I read it is how I received it. I called my Grandson-in-law to ask if he had this book he said yes and I could borrow it,When I went to pick it up, he gave it to me. The idea is now, I need to pass it on after I am finished. What a gift . Sharing and passing on love and & caring is the true miracle of healing.

to get lessons from Granddaughter(again) How to retrieve once I
download.
On with the Shack I'm on Chapter two. so will keep writing my impressions
as I go along, so many people are so moved by this Book.
Just for me anything which modivates me ,to move to another place of belief and
hope, Is certianly worth my time to read.
I think the greatest spiritual gift is hope, as long as I can hope for more than just
the daily grind(truly believe in the miracles all around.) That 's the Gift,
Healing is total belief in what ever has touched the heart.

Reiki Buddy's

These are my Reiki Buddy's we meet once a month to work on each other. We all work with others. It is great to have them to talk about our work, what happens and how the energy
works with each of us. I feel the pain and it ache so much I have to shake my hands to change the energy, one feels the heat of the body hot spot and or cold spots, the other see images like water tree etc. It fun and excitng to compare notes. Any one came allow the energy to flow through them if they are willing to commit. Truly a wonderful experience . Trying to discribe an experince is very hard to put into words. This was just another fun evening with long time freinds. so another day in teh life to healing

In many cultures, animals are a very important part of daily life. Totems are made from wood
or a totem can be your spirit guide to help you through any problem, show you the way.
This happens to be my Totem. I think the wolf is so beautiful and wise. There eyes are filled
with such light . The healing is with those who dare to look.
