Che Machine

This is such a wonderful Machine , Sometimes I get lazy and quit for a while. It only takes 10 minutes am and 10 minutes pm. These are all the things it helps with. Bad circulation, tired and sore muscles. poor digestion , Arthritis, back pain , bone spurs, poor functioning of internal organs many chronic conditions also being overweight.

The three positions are The med postion , lie flat both hands under your head. The gold fish exercise , place both arms at your sides. The stretched back, lift both arms above your head and keep them as straight as possible. I so believe that we can help ourselves so much if we just make half the effort. I have used this machine for over 8 years .

Family

This is my son and his grandchildren,he looks so happy. It truly is amazing the joy that our little blessed bring to us. They live in Kentucky, look what I'm missing.

This is my latest study. Abraham comes through Esther. The message's are very profound.
When I focus on the principals, I do much better with my life. The outsides don't change but my inner begining, feels some peace and I get excited about life again.

Here we go again

What a winter wonder land. I love the green grass , we are working on spring. home from retreat

catching up on rest Saturday. I stay up until ! then get up at 5. Sleep in awful bed eat junk food and say I've done it again. Every year I say I'm not going this year and then the weekend arrives and off I go.

Today we had snow again. I just decided I had to see my family so off I went without any problems. Brice grows so fast, that in one week I see many changes. he is in such a hurry to get with it and get going with his life. The day he was born I could see he was ready to be here now. Life on some days can be just so beautiful. Brice reminds me of the sweet innocence that we come into this life with. I so want him to keep it ,but know life has a way of changing all that. I bless the days while they last .

Ambition to meaning/ Finding your life's purpose

I love this Dr. Dyer is 68 years old and says it's never to late to do anything, This is his first movie. The movie is very will made. I think it will be great to get a group together to watch , as it has so much meaning to it. I know my sisters would love it, to bad that they live so far from here.
I am going on my yearly women's retreat Friday night and then whenever on Saturday I have been going to this for 23 years now. I love my life as a recovery woman.

Eclipes

There will be a solar eclipe Sunday 25 2009. This ushers in a time of transition. This eclipe is in aquarius . 2009 there will be 6 eclipes 2 are solar and 4 are lunar.Eclipes are very powerful like a new moon or full moon. They often give us a timley nudge encouraging us to get a move on it.
Eclipes coinside with major events promotions or loss of job. Remember that as one door closes another opens.
