How time flies

life does have so many bumps or paths that we never intend to happen. I don't know that I could have changed anything. Today I do not having many illuisons , life is never what I want it to be , but it is the life that my spirit learns the most from. During growth periods I do some times wonder now why did I ever think I knew what is ahead. There is this saying (thrudging your road to happy destiny.) (..)

Mothers

I think of my mother today with a totally differnt outlook. When I was a mother at 16 . My mother baby sit her grand daughter , but I had to pay her a daily amount ,also pay all the utilities bills. This may seem harsh . My mother expected me to act like an adult be a mother myself and take care of me and my child. I thought how could she. What she taught me was that she believed in me that she knew I could take care of both of us.
My mother never had it easy she had 9 children 3 died. but she kept us together and feed us.
She had a very hard life. Only today can I truly say what a great woman she was . I honor her as a caring mother .

In Line with Spirit
In a world we have routines for nearly everything- our route to work, our physical fitness regimen, and our weekday shedule-it's amazing how many people forget to create a routine for meeting their spiritual needs. We run around in an attempt to be at our many appointments on time and meet our many obigations. In our efforts to be as productive as possible, however, our spiritual needs tend to take a back seat. After all, taking care of our
spiritual needs doesn't directly pay our bills or tone our abdominal muscles. We may even wonder who has time to meditate or write in their journal when there are more pressing matters to see to.
The truth is that nurturing ourselves spiritually is what gives us th energy and grounding that we need to make sure that our lives stay on track.

Baking Soda

works with so many things.
1. Whip up fluffy omelets add 1/2 tsp of baking soda for every three eggs used. During the cooking process, the sodium bicabonate release carbon dioixide, which expands in the heat and, in turn leavens the eggs.
2. Remove pet pee from the carpet. In mixing bowl, combine one 16 oz bottle of hydrogen peroxide, 2 Tbs. of baking soda and 1tsp of liquid dish soap. Saturate the spot with the solution and rub a sponge.
3.Get laundry extra clean. The secret: Add 1/2 cup of baking soda to the rinse cycle. By balancing the pH level of the water in the washer, baking soda dissolves any detergent residue and softens fabric fibers.
This is just three of many uses for baking soda . cheapest cleaner on the market

Reiki And Twelve Step Recovery

Both share universal spiritual values of love and service, right action, personal responsibility and spiritual generosity in both traditons, we understand that fear an anger do not benefit us or the world; that kindness and graditude uplift us ,and that life is best lived one day at a time, or according to our Reiki Ideals, " Just for today." Just as Twelve step programs are avialable to anyone commited to their own healing from addiction, anyone can be trained to practice Reiki. Reiki flows well with divergent religious traditons and it compliments medical, psychiatric and alternative treatments modalites , as Twelve step programs do.

Power Animals
Armadillo- Boundries, We learn from the armadillo, which by rolling into a ball, can be completely armored against attack. How to consciously define our own emotinal and physical boundaries.
Bat- Rebirth, shaman initiates undergo a ritual death in which they face their fears and are reborn without their old identities. Bat medicine teaches us to release fear and any pattern which no longer fits in with our pattern of growth.
Bear- Introspection Bear medicine teaches us to go within, in order to digest our experiences and to discover that we contain within ourselves th answers to all of our questions.
I have a lot more about power animals. If you see one these animals you are getting a message from spirit world.
