I Love this picture it reminds of a simple life.my mind is always so full, buzzing all the day.
I have talked to four woman today, which fills
my spirit. Calming moments seem to be so fleeting.
Medatation is such a powerful tool, I have started again to meditate every day. I have a great CD that I have used for years. so today must be my Sunday sermon.
