Sacred Arm Band

This is a sacred arm band. It was given to me from my very special friend of of 24 years. This was the year she sun danced. It was worn the whole four days that she danced without food.
There is so much more about this dance but not mine to share. This band is filled with the prayers of sacred dancing . I am so very honored to recieve this gift. I am adding it to my altar toinght. Came just at the right time. My wonderful Grand Grandson spend the night in children hospital, looking for something wrong with him. I thank all the spirit for help last night. Scariest I have had in a long long time. This little man Brice has completley stole my heart.
My Altar is blessed with this gift , I am sure my life is now filled with many miracles.

An Altar

This is my personal altar. I think of it as a treasure map with demention. The wolfs are my Totem, they are my strength and guidance. The horse is from my daughter so it a part of her.

The crystal necklace is my spirit. the cyrstals are the cleaners of the universe. The egg is of the old world. A reminder to keep safe all that has went before us. The Eskimo is my gift to the world. My own creation. The card is limitless legions of angels. to surround all that I hold dear.

I believe altars are a very important part of daily living, if you look around your room which you create in, you will see your own altar. another tool for healing.

Treasure Map

This was my group project for the once a month spiritaul women. A treasure map is a lot of fun.

It is truly a map to recieve what we most want. I have treasure mapped for years. I pulled one out last night that I made 22 years ago . For fianincal Freedom. This Map is all about health of body, mind, heart and spirit. an tool of healing.

The Power of Intention Dr. Wayne W. Dyer

This is just another interesting way of looking at our own power. The ability to ask and recieve. I had a neat wonderful experience of ask and recieve right now. I was at the post office vista hallmark store. I had went to buy a box for item, no such luck so clerk gave a box. oh boy I'm in business ,then mail person wouldn't let me have tape. so back to nice clerk. She offered me tape but very old said if I could get it apart I could use, well 15minutes later I'm just about losing it. I just said a little pray,like I need help right now.( I looked up and here's this woman saying can I help you I'm good at this. ) She did and I sent my PKG. Lesson for healing techniques Truly ask and it shall be given right now.

Dr Wayne Dyer has been around for a long time, he is a very gifted man. I have always enjoyed his works.

Retreat Mug

This is by far the best cup I have recieved from a retreat. my picutre taking does leave a lot to actually getting a good picture of this . It is the Women's retreat Logo a mother and daughter did a painting fourteen years ago . Very beautiful to see painting. Staying in a cabin with Eight women and one bathroom is quite an experience. lots of give and take there, learning how to play well with others just another method of healing techniques.

Women's Retreat

One of my greatest healing techniques is to spend a weekend with a group of like minded women. Sharing from the heart our trials of the big hurts, the fear of family disaproval, sick husbands, just life stuff to share in a safe place. The fun of having all meals prepared for us.
not having to clean the cabins. Just a weekend to be free, to float down river. I am leaving Friday morning, meeting a group (at my favorite place) The old folks home PEACH TREE then caravan
to the beach. I hope to have great pictures for next week.

Esther & Jerry Hicks

These are remarkable people. The way they convey a message with spirit and humur.I love listineing to CD's I seem to go to sleep the minute I start to read. I'm in my car a lot so learn much as I drive a long. my Emotions have always been my guide. not that they were in line with a spiritual principal. I feel when anything is off, I can sense when someone is out of sinc.
After listineing to these CD's more than once. I just want all my thought to be down stream. Not fighting to keep going up stream, the battle of the ego, my soul likes the down stream flo.
My wish is that I could give this idea to just one person to see how the eyes light up with hope.

My Spiritual Spot

I spend a lot of time at this spot. I Love the Columbia River. The History of this body of water, as it just flows along. I am listening to cd's of Esther & Jerry Hicks. The Astonishing Power of Emotions.
They talk about the vibration of our being, and how flowing with the river and what happens (we Keep paddling up stream) how fighting or struggling with anything lowers our vibrations which keeps our peace from us.

Today I spent time with my daughter, granddaughter and great granson.The ease and peace I feel as I watch my granddaughter create yet another thing of beauty with cloth. My daughter with covering a chair for her sewing room. My Great grandson just to hold him or watch him smile. These are what I call High vibrations.
To be at Peace with my family is my greatest healing technique.
