How time flies

I thought I knew it all then. I was so full of the wonderful life ahead of me. I was 29 years old.
life does have so many bumps or paths that we never intend to happen. I don't know that I could have changed anything. Today I do not having many illuisons , life is never what I want it to be , but it is the life that my spirit learns the most from. During growth periods I do some times wonder now why did I ever think I knew what is ahead. There is this saying (thrudging your road to happy destiny.) (..)

This is three generations and two mothers. I think of the importance of our mother, is often not really known for many years. We just think they are supposed to be there and do whatever.
I think of my mother today with a totally differnt outlook. When I was a mother at 16 . My mother baby sit her grand daughter , but I had to pay her a daily amount ,also pay all the utilities bills. This may seem harsh . My mother expected me to act like an adult be a mother myself and take care of me and my child. I thought how could she. What she taught me was that she believed in me that she knew I could take care of both of us.
My mother never had it easy she had 9 children 3 died. but she kept us together and feed us.
She had a very hard life. Only today can I truly say what a great woman she was . I honor her as a caring mother .

In Line with Spirit

In a world we have routines for nearly everything- our route to work, our physical fitness regimen, and our weekday shedule-it's amazing how many people forget to create a routine for meeting their spiritual needs. We run around in an attempt to be at our many appointments on time and meet our many obigations. In our efforts to be as productive as possible, however, our spiritual needs tend to take a back seat. After all, taking care of our
spiritual needs doesn't directly pay our bills or tone our abdominal muscles. We may even wonder who has time to meditate or write in their journal when there are more pressing matters to see to.
The truth is that nurturing ourselves spiritually is what gives us th energy and grounding that we need to make sure that our lives stay on track.

I was asked the question of the meaning of birds, coming into someone's life and what does it mean. So now the answer, first thing to ask yourself what is going on in our life, what do I need the most. When any animal or fowl comes in a pair or more the message is very strong It's like saying it over and over again. ( About doves ) these birds are always a message of peace, just to see one is a good omen. to see many how wonderful. (The robin) is spring. new beganings fresh starts. I hope this is helpful to the person that posted on this blog.

Emergy From the Grey

We are born equipped to experience a complex array of diverse emotions. Many of us, however, are uncomfortable confronting our most powerful emotions. We may shy away from delight and despair and deny life's colors by retreating into a world or monotone grey. We may numb ourselves to what we are truly feeling. It's easier to suppress our emotions than to deal with them, so we may momentarily turn to pleasures such as alcohol, food, sugar, shopping an too much televison. We may even numb our hearts. While it's normal to temporarily seek distractions as a means of coping with intense emotions, numbing yourselves prevents us from finding a resolution or peace. When we are numb, there is no pain or powerlessness, but there can also be no joy or healing.

Baking Soda

I usually Blog about the mind and soul. This is all about Baking soda and how it
works with so many things.

1. Whip up fluffy omelets add 1/2 tsp of baking soda for every three eggs used. During the cooking process, the sodium bicabonate release carbon dioixide, which expands in the heat and, in turn leavens the eggs.

2. Remove pet pee from the carpet. In mixing bowl, combine one 16 oz bottle of hydrogen peroxide, 2 Tbs. of baking soda and 1tsp of liquid dish soap. Saturate the spot with the solution and rub a sponge.

3.Get laundry extra clean. The secret: Add 1/2 cup of baking soda to the rinse cycle. By balancing the pH level of the water in the washer, baking soda dissolves any detergent residue and softens fabric fibers.

This is just three of many uses for baking soda . cheapest cleaner on the market

Reiki And Twelve Step Recovery

Twelve Step recovery emerged during the 1930's in Arkon, Ohio through the efforts of two alcoholics named Bill Wilson and Dr. Bob Smith. Reiki was developed a few years earlier in japan the work of Dr.Mikao Usui. Despite the differences in of geography and culture, the two healing traditions are highly compatible.
Both share universal spiritual values of love and service, right action, personal responsibility and spiritual generosity in both traditons, we understand that fear an anger do not benefit us or the world; that kindness and graditude uplift us ,and that life is best lived one day at a time, or according to our Reiki Ideals, " Just for today." Just as Twelve step programs are avialable to anyone commited to their own healing from addiction, anyone can be trained to practice Reiki. Reiki flows well with divergent religious traditons and it compliments medical, psychiatric and alternative treatments modalites , as Twelve step programs do.

Reiki kids

These women developed a program for kids age 6-12 called Reiki Rocks for children. It teaches that a happy mind, body and spirit are directly related to how freely energy is flowing throughtout our bodies and, in particular, our chakra systems. Children learn that Reiki, in it's simplest terms, is a powerful tool that can"unstick stuck energy"

Just for today, I will not be angry
Just fro today, I will not worry
Just for today, I will be grateful
Just for today, I will do my work honestly
Just for today, I will be kind to every living being.
Dr. Mikao USUI.

This is the basic's for teaching Children.
I am so happy to see this happening, I believe that if we can teach the children Reiki at this early age , we can truly have a solution For peace and understanding for all thing big and small.

1. Red to root
2. Orange to create
3. Yellow to feel
4. Green to love
5. Blue to speak
6. Violet to know
7. White to believe

You Deserve to have your dreams come true

Many of us do not understand what personal power means. We have been given the false notion that power is bad that it is somethng we use to exert our will upon others. In fact, when our personal power is intact, we are neither over bearing nor meek. We have a clear sense of our strength and the impact we can have on others. This actually enables us to be more sensitive . personal power is what permits us to to work on behalf of our dreams and desires. It allows us to realize that we are worthy and deserve to be heard. In additon, our personal power lets us extend the respect we know that we deserve to the poeple around us. There is no reason to be afraid or ashamed of fully owning your power.

Power Animals

Armadillo- Boundries, We learn from the armadillo, which by rolling into a ball, can be completely armored against attack. How to consciously define our own emotinal and physical boundaries.

Bat- Rebirth, shaman initiates undergo a ritual death in which they face their fears and are reborn without their old identities. Bat medicine teaches us to release fear and any pattern which no longer fits in with our pattern of growth.

Bear- Introspection Bear medicine teaches us to go within, in order to digest our experiences and to discover that we contain within ourselves th answers to all of our questions.

I have a lot more about power animals. If you see one these animals you are getting a message from spirit world.

Oh What a mess

This is my office I seem to just go in and work, it gets less cleaning and organizing. My class was yesterday, always feels good to do these, Just the energy exchange is very tiring. also know it' s a good attuntment that way. So on to the next project I have bought Flash card with 8GB of memory. This year I am writing my life story for my Children. My mother never gave up much of her story, living in a covered wagon etc.
I have wondered so many times how did she feel what were her thoughts. I do not want my children to be thinking, what did she think what was her life really like.

Life really is just one project after another
