Death/Guardian Angels:
As Hard as this may be to admit, it's time to give up on your present efforts and walk away from a situation that has no more life in it. Although you're not experiencing a phyical death, your angels indicate that something has indeed died that which has been harming your spirit. The Good News is that the worst has already occured-it will not get any worse than this- and soon, a new day
will dawn. As hard as it can be to admit, accept that defeat(or dead end) because the sooner you do,the sooner the real gifts you seek will appear from the right resources.

Snow Again ?

Now This is what I call global warming. Only the warm moved the wrong direction. Snow first eye opener of the day. (I tried a new hair dresser today.) I took one look and thought I think I'll go home and shave my head. I'm stilling thinking about bald is good.

I am getting material together for Reiki Class this Sunday. This is the Master Class. Which is a lot more to teach than First and Second Level.

So tonight I am going to bed and do a Reiki treatment on myself, who know's my hair my change. Miracle stuff.

Teachings of Abraham

This is a wonderful learning experience. It's all about being responsible for our own thoughts.
How what we think is what level our vibration is. The higher our vibration the freeer we are .As we learn we are responsible for how we feel and stop blaming others for our lack of happiness , and looking at what can I do to feel good , automatically we start to change and we vibrate at a different level. thus we are happier people. We are at a higher vibration which brings us closer to the devine. Big idea sounds good. so simply not easy.

This master course has 11 CD'S I listen to when I'm driving which I do a lot of. Courses like these give me hope and peace.

The Sea

The Beauty of this sky is so moving for me. In years passed I did a lot of oil painting, A lot of
the time when i'm looking I am painting in my mind. I sometimes think I need two lifetimes to still do the things I love. I am a seeker everything seems to look like another adventure.

More Water

I am going to teach a class Sunday ( Reiki Master) Part of becoming a Master is being willing to teach, I thought Well Ican be willing.(Well )you know how that goes . I Started preparing materials, One I thing I do is ask for guidance I use my Ask your guides Cards. I love it, this always happens I shuffle the deck close my eye and wala pick a card

The River

When my heart is hurt and my soul is troubled I always go to the water. I'm so lucky to live where I do . I have a lake six blocks from my house. There is a creek near by, and then there's my beautiful Columiba River 3 miles away.

Happy Valentines Day

Cancer: June 22 to July 22 Planet Moon animal or Fish etc ( Crab)
This is the sign I was born under. any one that has read anything about this sign know it is considered the Mother earth that nurtures and cares for there family . The planet moon, makes them a moon child, sometimes moody and unpredictable ,as they are from the sea there mood changes with the tides. They like the crab will go backward sidewards and around,but when they decide to bring out their claw and grab you they will hold you for the rest of there life loyal that they are.

In familes it is helpful to know the signs of each member. I don't know any family that doesn't have conflict with some members . Strife is part of that. But Family we are and hopefully the love will win.
For me as today is Valentines day I am hoping to see only the good.
So as today is Valentines day I am honoring some males in my family.
My Brother-in-law Fred who has been married to my Sister for their whole life and has taken care of and loved her all these years.
My Brother-in law Ray who as been married to my sister forever, who no matter who you are you are always welcome in his home and he treats will . Even your dogs .
My Grandson David who has become a caring man who comes to the aid of others.
my Grandson Aaron who has helped me so many times with my computer ,installed equipment and has not ever said anything mean to me.
My son who calls me just to say hi mom and who doesn't want to call me if soemthing's wrong because he doesn't want me to worry.

Thieves

Winter green

HISTORICAL USES: Wintergreen oil has a strong, pentrating aroma . The American Indians and early Europen settlers enjoyed a tea that was flavored with wintergreen. According to Julia lawless.... this has been translated into a perference for 'root beer' flavorings . A synthetic methyl salicylate is now widely used as a flavoring agent, especially in root beer ,chewing gun toothpaste,etc.

OTHER POSSIBLE USES: This oil may be benefical for acne,bladder infections fever, gallstones,gout infections reducing discomfort on joints,kideny stones. It is known for its ability to alleviate bone pain.
FRENCH MEDICINAL USES: Rheumatism,muscular pain, cramps, arthritis, tendonitis, hypertension and inflamation..

AROMATIC INFLUENCE: It influences,elevates,opens and increases awareness in sensory system . (senses or senations.

AROMATIC INFLUENCE: It is purifying and stimulating to the conscious mind. reduces fevers. Dr. Dembar of the University of Cincinnati discovered in a research study that inhaling peppermint oil increased the mental accuracy of the students tested up to 28%

Everyone has a favorite oil , peppermint is mine, Some years ago my daughter had cervical cancer ,while she was waitng for surgery and working, she would have terrible stomach pains and peppermint was about all that would help. I was so grateful for this oil that helped her through a very painful time.

I usally diffuse once a week at home. so more than enough about purification. At this time or year it is number one.

DIFFUSERS: I have three diffusers but this is my favorite, I loaned it to my granddaughter and after the Baby came she wasn't using it so once again I am. it will diffuse the whole house and about an hour. So happy healing.

Clove Oil

History has it that the people of Penang (among the spice Islands) were free from epidemics until the sixteenth century,when Dutch conquerors destroyed the Clove trees that flurished on those islands. Many of the Islanders died from epidemics that followed.

Historical uses: were for skin infections, digestive upsets,intestinal parasites,childbrith, most notably tooth ache. The chinese also used it for diarrhea,hernia, bad breath and bronchitis.

Aromatic influence: Improve memory ,creates a feeling of protection and courage. It can also cause a good sleep culiminating in stimualing dreams. And you thought it was just good in Pumpkin pie.

Essential Oils

Throughout history oils have been used for their health-promoting properties. I believe I use the finest oils which are Young living. They are distilled from only the purest ,most potent sources. Oils can be used for aromatherapy, massage or taken internally as dietary supplements They are cleansing, stimulating, and soothing.
LAVENDER: Gary young says, if he had to make a choice of having only one oil, it would be lavender as it is universal for so many uses. Lavender's healing properites for burns was discovered by accident. a chemist doing work in the Lab burned himself badly he saw a vat which he thought water and stuck his arm into it thus, using lavender in burn units was born.

As these oil are so powerful it is best to use with a drop of pure oil, like extra virgin olive oil.

Lavender is a great deodorant. Also for skin itch just don't over use . My Granddaughter suggested, I Blog about the oils as she uses them and likes what happens.

The Mighty Columbian

This is the Saturday drive. Some things have so much power only a picture can bring this out for all to see. I don't seem to remember a lot these days, that the same force that created this beautiful river also created me. We are also so powerful, Just think what it takes to make one little human body. It all starts with a this tiny dna. Watching a child develope is a wonderful thing in creation to experience. All this from looking at nature.

The Moon

What has traditionally been known as the moon card refers to a deep state of sensitivity and imaginative impressionability. The full moon expands our consciousness. Since I am a moon child I'm always interested in the moon. It reminds me of this quote (Life is like a ten-speed bike. Most of us have gears we never use.)

Whale Medicine

Native Americans teach us that the great spirit speaks to us through our animal brethen. The whale is one animal that we can learn from. Whales have existed for over 50 millions years and are considered to be record-keepers who possess knowledge of the past.
It is through the vibrations of thier unique sound that they release this ancient wisdom to us. At the same time,their sound carries across such great distances. Whales can enter the realm of the future where they can acquire knowledge of what is to come.
You can learn from the wisdom of the whales by remembering to express what's uniquely yours. Each of us has a unique song or gift to offer the world. Your song be meant to song by you .
So be like the whale sing your sounds of knowledge (share with everyone.)

Bargin Frame

Sheila took this picture and I just love it .The Chickens look like they posed for this .

Dear Lady, Sheila and I went to Arizona for Frances surgery when she was a puppy so I have really bonded with her.

This is the sweetest picture I plan to keep it out so when they get older I can show it to them to remind them how much they love each other.

And this of course has to be an all time classic, Grandson mooning his mother who is outside clearing the snow so her 5 dogs can get out.

Christmas and a great gift you know the ones you ask for.

All this because a got a bargin frame at Good Will. I think it's the greatest . I have had so much fun looking for picture to fill it up with. And if could watch how I figure out how to get around what I don't know what to do, you would know this is a real labor of love. Such healing.

Messages from our animal friends

The road runner has speical meaning, also the dove. I did a Reiki atunement, that is a ritual that is given when someone has reach another level of Reiki which I teach.

The person that was given this saw a dove in her yard she walked right up it and and asked if it was hurt. It wasn't(just there to give her a message. )The next day a road runner ran right up to her in the parking lot of a store. That's the power of gifts.

The Road Runner teaches mental agility and speed. It will help you learn to shift your thought process .It will provide further insight into the role it will play in your life.

The Coyote Cycle of power. It is one of the most fasicinating animals and it is not easliy locked into any particular category, It is filled with paradox but at the heart , its energy is the balance of wisdom and folly that makes for a fulling life. If you see a Coyote it means rapid change.

Lunar Eclipse

Since there are Six eclipse's this year, it is very important for me to see what each one gives to us.
The full moon this month and the lunar eclipse can wound over inflated ego's . All lunar eclipse's are about letting go of the past, this one points right to our sense of self importance and the possibility of facing embrassment.
If that's what it takes to overcome stubborness and move on .
